Privacy policy

Last updated: 1 November 2026

This page explains, in plain words, what data this website collects and what is done with it, under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish law.

Data controller

César Hoyos Franco, Madrid (Spain). Email: [email protected].

What data is collected

Only what you type into the contact form: name, email, company (if you give it), sector, your message, the form language and whether you want to receive news.

What it is used for

Legal basis

Your consent, which you give by ticking the privacy box when you send the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to [email protected].

How long it is kept

12 months from when you write to us, or until you ask us to delete it if that is sooner. After that it is deleted.

Who it is shared with

It is not passed on to third parties. Only the technical providers needed for the website and the contact form to work have access to it:

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. When they do, they use the safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or ask for its use to be restricted, by writing to [email protected].

If you think your data has not been handled properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency: www.aepd.es.

Cookies

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, so there is no cookie banner. It only stores the language you choose in your browser, and the Cloudflare spam check may use technical data that is strictly necessary for it to work.
